Hand recognition in VR education

VRMaker Educational Content

We started working on VR education content in the spring of 2016. It was a suffering moment in our business. We've been working as an incubation center, focusing on helping fresh grads & internet veterans to foster their idea and software into successful start-ups. The idea is great, but we underestimate the difficulties by raising fund for the start-ups we incubated. After three and half years struggling on incubation business, we decided to turn our focus on VR education.

The first sample we made is a Solar System demo on Gear VR. We showed it to a publishing company group in China. They were very excited about our works, and committed to help us entering education market. From then, we completely switched our energy and time to VR education business.

The second sample we made is based on Leap Motion and a PC VR headset. It was the first time that we saw every one experienced it was blown away. We knew the value of hand recognition is essential to VR education content. We start working on a series of VR courses with Leap Motion support. Three months after, we've completed 5 episodes of Chemistry. No surprise we won many thumbs up from government officials, school teachers, and parents.
